I'm suffering from a lack of confidence during presentations in class..
It used to be only presentation during non science modules...
Now symptoms like,
overwhelming heart-rate, nervousness, jittery and a blurring of speech
are haunting me in my science classes as well...

This jittery must stop...

Bad flu and what is this?




I had a very bad flu again today.


Used up 4 packets of tissues.


I had also developed some weird things on my arms and parts of my body.


Its so itchy!!


Initially, i thought i has chicken pox!!





Few hours later, it turned into this...



It had become huge red patches all over my both arms...

:(

Hav to see a doctor tml to diagnose what is it...

AGM on Oct 16

Oct 16 was our Annual General Meeting.


How sweet of the new committe to give us a gift. See the green one over there? Its a pillow with Thank U wording. I wonder how it is able to be shared by 12 of us. They also gave us mashmarrows and a card.

Yummy mooncakes!

I know that the mooncake festival passed long ago..
but let me showcase some of the interesting mooncakes that my grandma received.



Its super cool! The mooncakes are named after the 8 planets (pluto no longer one) and the moon. Each with the chinese character being engraved on the skin. And they contained unique flavours like chocolate, cranberries, orange, coffee and even lotus with floss

This is the MOON mooncake.


It contained lotus and floss. A combintation of sweet and salty and spicy. Unique!
I can remb what planet is this. MAybe someone can tell me by reading the chinese character.
Mother Earth.
I forgot what was this.

Lack of sleep can cause many diseases

On mon, i had health and wellness lesson.
I learnt that other than cardiovascular disease,
lack of sleep can cause diabetes, weaken your immune and some other disease as well.

From now on, i'll try to sleep early.
I dont want to die young. =)

My buddy called flu is visiting me again!
I guess it must be ben's virus!!
He was having flu in class today...

Events of past weeks


This entry was supposed to be updated weeks ago.
But i was just too busy with many stuffs including Politics..
yes.. stupid politics in my cca.


Many couple of weeks ago, on sept 10.
We had our class chalet.
However, the turnout was really really low.
It was supposed to be 20 at least.
However only about 12 or 13 turned up.
I made a great mistake by not collecting the funds before hand as i thought that most would come.
Therefore, we ended with some debts.
I was rather disapointed with this chalet.
Not because of the money issue
but the fact that they promised that they would come but many backed out in the last min.
I'll treat it as a lesson learnt.
Nevertheless, it was still fun with the little amount of people that we had.
We owned the road (above pic)
On sept 14,
i had my chapter camp
It was rather successful and many feedbacked that they felt that the camp was too short.
They wanted an overnight camp!
This certainly made our months of hardwork paid off.
And i'm sure they bonded as well.
We sure made them dirty...
And we got sabo as well..

Those were the 2 fun events during the holidays!! =)
